Anyway, the Star Wars saga is now complete with the release of Revenge of the Sith. Revenge of the Sith grossed over 848 million dollars and sadly brought an end to this thirty year long fan favorite.

Fans of the great fantasy author C.S. Lewis were elated with the release of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, the first of his Chronicles of Narnia series. Taking the prize for highest grossing film that year was Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire with over 896 million dollars. Although it fell a little short when compared to the first two Spiderman movies. 2007 was loaded with "third" movie sequels including: “Spiderman 3”, “Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End”, “Shrek the Third” and “The Bourne Identity”. Like “Spiderman 3”, they were all good but not quite as good as their predecessors.
